Tuition

If you have health insurance and would like a invoice reflecting your child's enrollment at SUWS, we will be happy to provide you with a statement of services. However, SUWS is unable to directly bill insurance companies and therefore requires parents to assume this responsibility independent of tuition payment. Payment options include student loan financing through Sallie Mae, PrepGate and Key Bank, Visa or MasterCard, cashier's check, or direct wire transfer. When payment and application are submitted, a place will be held for your child to attend that week's course. Should your child not go as scheduled, tuition will be refunded. After the expedition begins, no tuition refunds will be made. Please note that until we have received your complete application and any required documents, we cannot ensure a space for your child for the week requested.

Financial Aid

Education loans present an attractive option for parents interested in the SUWS program.

Aspen Education Group is pleased to offer parents assistance with the loan process. Shauna Clark provides personal, hassle-free assistance throughout the loan process. She is often able to secure funding for all your expenses such as escort services, ancillaries, and enrollment fees.

Reasonable interest rates and (amortization over 10-20 years) will allow families to finance their child's stay with affordable monthly payments. In some instances payments can be deffered for up to 6 months. Loans have no prepayment penalty or cancellation fees. Shauna has personal experience with struggling teens and understands the additional burden the financial piece can bring.
